1. GENERAL

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern use of the Vibeek! mobile application ("App") by Vybes Private Enterprise ("Owner", "we", "us").

1.2. By using the App, you ("User", "you") accept this Agreement.

1.3. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it.

1.4. The authoritative legal version is the Russian text at `/terms`. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1.5. We may change these Terms by publishing an updated version in the App. Continued use means acceptance.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • App — Vibeek! for iOS;
  • Account — your profile linked to VK ID and/or Telegram;
  • Content — questions, answers, profile data, images you submit;
  • Match — compatibility between two users based on answers.

3. SUBJECT

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the App under these Terms. The App is provided "as is" without warranties.

4. REGISTRATION

4.1. Sign-in via VK ID or Telegram is required.

4.2. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

4.3. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4.4. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AGE

The App is for users 16+. Users under 16 may use it only with parental consent.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must use the App lawfully. You must not:

  • harass, threaten, or impersonate others;
  • post illegal, offensive, or infringing content;
  • spam, scrape, or attempt to bypass security;
  • use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.

We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.

7. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. You retain rights to content you create but grant us a license to host, display, and process it to operate the App.

7.2. The App, brand, and design belong to the Owner. You may not copy or reverse-engineer them without permission.

8. ANONYMITY AND MATCHES

You choose when to reveal your identity to other users. Match percentages and anonymous Q&A features are described in the App interface.

9. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION

Premium features, pricing, and billing terms are shown in the App and processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

10. PRIVACY

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy at https://vibeek.by/privacy.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).

12. TERMINATION

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate access for violations. Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes are resolved in Belarus courts unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
