Child Safety Standards for Вайбик! (Vibeek)

These standards apply to Вайбик! (Vibeek), package by.vibeek.app, its users, content and related services. The developer is PUE Vybes — Vybes Private Enterprise (UNP 192851634).

1. Explicit prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

Вайбик! strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including any content or conduct that promotes, encourages or facilitates it. A child means any person under 18 for these standards. This prohibition applies regardless of the App's access age requirements.

The following are prohibited:

  • Creating, uploading, storing on the service, publishing, transmitting or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including links to such material.
  • Sexualizing minors or involving them in sexual activity.
  • Building trust with a child for sexual abuse or exploitation (grooming), including arranging offline encounters.
  • Soliciting intimate material from minors, sexual blackmail, threats or sextortion.
  • Offering, arranging or facilitating child trafficking or sexual exploitation.

2. Reporting a concern

Use the in-app Report action next to the relevant content, or contact support@vibeek.by with the subject “Child Safety”.

Provide the content identifier or link, the user profile and the circumstances, if known. Do not download or forward CSAM, including as an email attachment. Provide information that allows us to locate the violation instead.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

3. Review and enforcement

PUE Vybes reviews reports of potential violations of these standards. When we identify CSAM, we remove it or disable access to it. Depending on the circumstances, we restrict features, suspend access or block the offender's account. These measures also apply to other CSAE violations.

4. Cooperation with authorities

We comply with applicable child safety laws. When CSAM is confirmed, we report it to the relevant competent regional authority in accordance with applicable legal procedures and cooperate with lawful requests from authorized authorities. Necessary information is preserved and disclosed in accordance with applicable law and personal data protection requirements.

5. Child safety contact

Contact PUE Vybes about child safety at support@vibeek.by, using the subject “Child Safety”. This channel is for user reports and inquiries about enforcement of these standards.
